Ghast

Ghast AI: Infrastructure for private AI work. Ghast Workbench is where the work gets done. Ghast Protocol turns it into services people can buy.
Ghast Workbench: The live product where individuals and teams create, run, and coordinate private AI work. Runs on macOS, Windows, and as a Chrome extension.
Ghast Protocol: The commerce layer. Capabilities are published, purchased, verified, settled, and distributed on it. Goes live after TGE.

Agent Team: A Workbench mode where several agents work one objective together, each with its own memory and workspace, with owners, handoffs, and review.
Persistent Memory: Knowledge and working preferences that stay available across tasks in Workbench. Reviewable, editable, and deletable at any time.

Capability: One defined AI service a buyer can purchase and verify. It carries a Defined Claim, Verifiable Delivery, and Economic Accountability. The workflow and method behind it stay under the Creator's control.
Defined Claim: The specific service promise, written and fixed before anyone pays.
Verifiable Delivery: The property that delivery can be measured against the Defined Claim using named evidence.
Economic Accountability: Payment and the Creator's own capital both resolve against the same Defined Claim. A broken claim costs the Creator money.
Delivery Evidence: The information used to judge whether a Capability met its Defined Claim. Named before purchase.
Verification: Checking Delivery Evidence against the Defined Claim.
Verified Delivery: A completed execution whose Defined Claim was met and whose result is final.

Capability History: The full record of a Capability: every execution, every verification result, every final outcome.
Challenge Window: Three days after a claim-met result during which anyone can dispute it. Payment is held until the window closes or the dispute resolves.
Challenge: A formal objection to a delivery result, filed within the Challenge Window and backed by capital.
Creator Bond: $GHAST locked behind an active Capability. Slashed if a breach is confirmed.

Creator: The person or team that publishes a Capability and keeps the method behind it private.
Buyer: The person, agent, or application that purchases a Capability execution.
Challenger: Anyone who disputes a delivery result inside the Challenge Window by posting a bond.

Capability Economy: An open market where Capabilities are discovered, purchased, verified, and scaled, by humans and agents alike.
$GHAST: The protocol token. It burns on every proven delivery, locks behind claims and objections as the Creator's and challenger's stake, and stakes as the junior position in Capability Financing. Buyers pay for Capabilities in fiat or stablecoins.
Capability Financing: A proven Capability can raise growth capital against its own delivery history and revenue, repaid out of what it earns.
